Urovasti is an Ayurvedic treatment that focuses on healing the chest area. The name comes from the Sanskrit words “Uro,” meaning chest, and “Vasti,” meaning pool. In this therapy, warm medicated oil or herbal liquids are pooled over the chest to offer relief and strengthen the tissues.
